• 4Self-Exclusion: To exclude yourself for 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently, email support@fobet.biz — effective within 24 hours.

There are two options — temporary suspension and permanent closure:

• 1Temporary Suspension (Cooling-Off): Log in and set a cooling-off period from Account Settings (24 hours to 6 weeks). You won't be able to log in during this time, but your balance will be kept safe.
• 2Long-Term Self-Exclusion: From 30 days up to 1 year — via account settings or support.
• 3Permanent Closure: Email support@fobet.biz with the subject line: "Close My Account Permanently". After KYC verification and withdrawal of any remaining balance, your account will be closed within 48–72 hours.
• 4Please note: Once an account is permanently closed, a new account cannot be opened using the same details.

Withdrawing on Fobet is straightforward. Here's how:

• 1Log in and go to the "Wallet" or "Withdraw" section.

• 3Enter the amount (minimum ৳300, maximum based on your KYC level) and confirm.
